Group Description

We want to develop a proposal for the implementation of sustainable food and catering services at the University of Barcelona (UB), around the offer of planetary health diet options to the university community. The aim is to develop the application of sustainable food criteria in cities, promoted by the Milan Urban Food Policy Pact, as a contribution of the UB in the context of Barcelona as the World Capital of Sustainable Food in 2021.
