Campus wide SDGs
Short description
Cubes with the SDGs will be placed around campus to exposure all those who seem them of the SDGs!
Long description
The project address the sustainability goals by creating large 1M x 1M x 1M cubes which will be placed in certain indoor college buildings each year. As an art/education medium it would easily catch the passer with the large cubes and with QR codes attached to each cube linked to the official UN website explaining what the sustainable goals are. It’s our belief that people are still uneducated/unaware on these goals so forcing the images into their faces on campus each year might change this and make them link to the QR codes for more information. The expected results from the cardboard cube art installation would increase the viewings of the sustainable goals (600,000 tourists annually, 4549 staff members and 16,729 students) and use it as an educational platform on an annual basis.
Scope of the project
The project would involve the entire college community including academics, students, staff, tourists and other visitors to the college whom happen to see the large art box educational installation on campus.
Budget
€600 to print sturdy/thick cardboard boxes (Awaiting quote from two different vendors)
